HRC Culinary Academy Introduction
The HRC Culinary Academy is the premier culinary institute in Eastern Europe, located near the Black Sea in Bulgaria.
Its 2-year program is completely taught in English by experienced international Chef Instructors. Students train in state-of-the-art facilities with some of the finest equipment.
Paid internships take Academy students around the world where they gain valuable hands-on experience. Locations include Europe, Middle East, South Africa and the USA.
