The Split-based culinary school Oliva Allegra takes home first prize in the first video contest held among Shoot the Chef participating schools. The winning video recipe is an interpretation of the ancient recipe Splitska Torta, prepared by Chef Tereza Alabanda and can be watched here. Runner up award goes to Collegg Llandrillo out of Wales, and 3rd prize to the HRC Culinary Academy in Bulgaria. read more.

HRC International and five hospitality schools recently developed an e-learning tool for culinary arts education, named Shoot the Chef. Therefore an e-learning seminar was organized by HRC International to launch the Shoot the Chef platform and to give more insight into e-learning within hospitality education. read more.

Mrs. Pauline Dale from the Coleg Llandrillo (Wales) received an e-learning award for Shoot the Chef by PACE. PACE (Professional Association for catering industry) is an organization with a regional and national network of members whose aim is to encourage catering educational institutions to work together to manage the challenges of continual change within hospitality and catering education. read more.
