The recipe is prepared by Chef Tereza Alabanda and can be watched here.

We would like to thank the students and instructors from all the participating schools in Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Italy, Latvia, Sweden, Wales. A special thanks also to the jury for their participation and evaluations:
Luca Franchi (Electrolux Professional)
Othmar Mueller (Nestle Pro Gastronomia)
Alain Mueller (Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland)
Roberto dal Seno (Sole Cose Buone)
Rupert Dessl (Tourism school Bad Gleichenberg, Austria)
Mr. Othmar Mueller: “It was a great pleasure reviewing the entries by the various schools and watching the students and instructors in action. All in all the quality of the videos was very high. Mr. Luca Franchi adds :”congratulations to all the schools for their hard work and efforts. 2 general tips: first of all always use the right cutting board in each situation (red=meat, green=vegetable and blue=fish). Secondly, consider a good mise en place: the right placement of bowls with food in front of the chef means better organization of the space and efficiency in operations.”
Congratulations to Oliva Allegra. The first prize, the Electrolux 5 liter planetary mixer, will be on its way to Croatia.
